8. By signing up you agree to allow us to send you periodical emails pertaining to the running of the site, or general site events. Your email will not be passed on to 3rd part sites.

Technical Problems
MMA GAME cannot be held responsible for any potential site downtime or site slow-down, for whatever reason. Users agree to place bets as early as possible to avoid missing out on any particular event. If a user is unable to place a bet on any particular event, that responsibility lies with the user and no compensation will be offered by MMA GAME. In the event of site downtime or slow-down, the MMA GAME team will decide if any action is required, pertaining to fair play within the leagues.

Prizes
Prizes will become void if the user turns out to be under 18, or where prizes contravene the recipient's local laws. All prizes are paid out via paypal. MMA GAME will not issue payment by any other means.
